Terrani Developer Documentation

Welcome to the Terrani Developer Platform. Terrani provides AI-driven 3D Virtual Staging, 2D Architectural Floorplan Synthesis, Spatial RL Walkthrough Tours, and a Multimodal AI Design Copilot built specifically for real estate portals, brokerages, and property technology applications.

Core Pillars of the Platform​

  1. Frontend SDK (terrani-sdk): A modular React + TypeScript component library containing the Copilot Chat & Voice Concierge, the 3D/2D Studio Workspace, the Interactive CAD Floorplan Studio, and the Spatial Tour Viewer.
  2. Real-Time WebSocket & REST API: Low-latency bidirectional task orchestration for room calibration, furniture destaging (V0), layout planning, photorealistic 3D rendering (V1+), and live retail catalog sourcing.
  3. Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server: Standardized MCP tools allowing external AI agents to inspect room geometry, propose 2D CAD layouts, and trigger 3D staging jobs programmatically.
  4. Spatial Schemas: Unified geometric representations (scene_geometry, calibrated camera intrinsics, SVG telemetry layers, and 3D parametric furniture wireframes).
